Identity design

These graphics are part of a prototype project that never launched. I created them in Adobe Illustrator using public domain clip art from OpenClipArt.org.

Four variations on a logo for the fictional organization Global Social Justice in Action. They all feature the white silhouette of a scale, equally balanced. The scale is on an orange background. The initials GSJIA and the words Global Social Justice in Action appear on the logos.

Five sets of GSJIA logos for the service areas. Each set consists of two logos, one with the initial GSJIA. The second has the initials, but adds a byline to explain each service area. The first byline reads End Political Instability, and the logo features the scales from the main GSJIA logo. The next reads End Human Trafficking and features handcuffs on a yellow background. End Child Labor features a pinwheel on a lime green background. End Food Scarcity depicts a set of silverware on a dark green backgrounds. End water scarcity shows a water pitcher on a dark blue background.
These logos, internal and customer-facing, are used for GSJIA’s service areas.
These smaller cartouches are to be used when there is an expectation that the audience is already familiar with the brand, and needs to focus on the central message shared by the service areas — end the problems.
